Robert Parker: "The Alsace grand cru 2021 Gewurztraminer Furstentum is clear, intense and mineral on the pure and spicy, impressively concentrated and saline nose that enfolds the smoky-tinted tropical and lemony fruit aromas of the variety. The wine is round, mild and elegant on the quite sweet palate that is still balanced, though, and provided with fine tannins on the long and aromatic, stimulating saline finish. 14% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in December 2024."
