Robert Parker: “The 2022 Plaer, also a blend of Cariñena and Garnacha from four old vineyards in different villages from Priorat, fermented with indigenous yeasts with two weeks of maceration and aged in French oak barrels, 20% of them new, with very light toast for 12 months. Like the other Ritme wines, it's ripe and comes in at 15% alcohol, with a powerful nose of dry herbs, hay, straw and esparto grass. It has a lush, big and powerful palate with concentration and abundant tannins but with a certain freshness. It finishes dry. 11,784 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2024."
