Robert Parker: “The 2023 Acústic Blanc is from one of the most challenging years of recent times, when they got 50% to 70% yields compared with a "normal" year. It was produced with a blend of 89% Garnatxa Blanca, 7% Macabeu, 2% Pansal and 2% Garnatxa Roja that ripened to 15% alcohol but kept good acidity. It fermented and matured in different materials, stainless steel, oak foudres, amphorae, concrete eggs and new 300- and 400-liter French oak barrels. It has a strong medicinal and balsamic nose with even a minty hint and echoes of cloves. The palate is round and lush with chalky minerality. 23,416 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2024."
